Jen Yundt Coles is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She loves inspiring and guiding her clients to better health and wellness through promoting positive food and lifestyle changes. Jen has been on her own healing journey for over a decade -- first finding out she was gluten-intolerant, struggling with debilitating abdominal pain and fibromyalgia, and more recently battling to overcome SIBO, Candida and chronic stress. Jen is currently studying at the School of Applied Functional Medicine, as her drive to learn about the root causes of disease is both a passion to help others and a personal mission. Through her studies, her work with clients, and her personal story, she is especially adept at helping women overcome digestive disorders.
Jen encourages her clients via personalized one-on-one sessions, sharing recipes, and customized treatment plans. Beyond reviewing lifestyle and diet protocols, she can recommend & review lab work, supplementation, and work as your partner in healing in all areas of your life. You will work together as a team, exploring not only what is on your plate, but discovering other primary foods that could be effecting your well-being, such as Sleep, Stress, Physical Activity, Relationships, Career and Spirituality.
